The Experience

My mission is to teach you.  To guide you through inspirational, meditative, fitness experiences designed to nourish your body and your mind. 


I remember being so nervous walking into the studio.  Nervous that I wouldn't be able to do the poses.  It wasn't until after practicing consistently that I learned yoga is designed to simply bring awareness.


I offer a yoga experience set to calm energy music.  We move to the flow of our own breath.  With every movement our mind slowly clears.  We always end in relaxation also known as savasana.  

The goal is never the pose.  The goal is always acceptance.  Accepting where you are today.  Surrendering to what is.  Releasing what no longer serves you.  Listening to yourself.  You are perfect as you are.  I see you, and I am so very grateful for you.
